“This is where I am.” Take stock of it now whether conceptually, creatively or by planning out through goal setting, then just let go of all the negative thoughts, sounds in your head that says “you are not enough” wherever you can’t perform and just concentrate on doing things or finishing tasks as much as you can, based on the 24 hours that you and everyone else has.
You need to understand how much you can accomplish in those 24 hours because people who accomplish more or people who accomplish less will have the same number of hours and there will always be someone who accomplishes more than you and someone who accomplishes less than you.
Someone who you think is a better mother and someone who you think is not a better mother. So, it cannot be a comparison at all because there is always better or worse. It can only be with your unique set of upbringing and skills, the values that you can bring to the table in your life. This can only happen if from every day we take out a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of any number of hours that we can and seek importance into doing mindfulness practices.
It can be as simple as waking up and breathing for 5 minutes.
Watching our breath.
It can be the science of sound or chanting.
Spending time writing affirmations every day.
Practice visualization meditation to really see where we are, where we want to be and be in touch with ourselves to achieve greater SELF-AWARENESS.
