Formation of the posture-
Step 1: Lie face down with the tips of the feet flat on the floor and palms on either side of the body.
Step 2: Pull the shoulders slightly back towards the spine.
Step 3: Engage the abdomen throughout the exercise as it keeps the lower back protected.
Step 4: Lift the body into a cobra pose while keeping the chin up. Use the hands for support, but without putting unnecessary pressure.
Step 5: Hold the posture for 15 to 30 seconds, before gently releasing the body to the floor.
Formation of the posture-
Step 1: Stand with your feet together
Step 2: Keep your back straight
Step 3: Bring your palms together and interlock them
Step 4: Inhale and lift your stretch your arms up, palms facing outward
Step 5: Look up and gently drop your head back on your shoulders
Step 6: Hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 1-2 times

Step 1: Lie flat on the stomach, keeping the arms stretched along the sides of the body and head resting gently on the mat.
Step 2: Inhale and bend the knees bringing the feet towards the hips.
Step 3: Grasp the ankles using both hands.
Step 4: Lift the shoulders, torso, legs, and hips off the floor while gazing straight ahead.
Step 5: Hold the posture for four to five breaths, then lower the knees and release the feet.
Step 6: Rest on the stomach.

Step 2: Arms can be stretched out ahead
Step 3: Keep your knees straight and feet together
Step 4: Inhale and lift your legs and arms up together
Step 5: Lift your head up raising your chest off the floor as much as possible
Step 6: Hold the posture for 10 seconds
