ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Prenatal Wellness Programme is for expecting mothers to understand and experience the joys and tribulations of pregnancy. The lifestyle of an expecting mother is influenced by her hormones, her increasing weight, fatigue, home and work environment. Mind and body seem to be out of sync during this stage of a woman’s life.

  • Outset: An acceptance that the body is physically extending itself to accommodate to the needs of the little one can come through a deeper understanding of prenatal lifestyle choices.

  • Movement: To battle fatigue, planning energy inducing light workout schedules.

  • Nutrition: Nutrition is vital for the mother and growing fetus. A comprehensive approach to health includes energy giving superfoods for pregnancy.

  • Mindfulness: Meditative and stress relief practices, counseling to comprehend and accept continual changes namely physical, emotional, and spiritual.

  • Preparation: A mother needs to prepare for her baby’s needs postpartum as well. Lactation and nursing preparations are key to that knowledge. Awareness of infant behaviour, feeding cues, sanitation requirements are key to prenatal preparedness.

  • Problems: A mother may face innumerable challenges postpartum such as infant non- attachment, breast anatomy issues, dietary restrictions, mood swings or depression.

  • Solution: At the prenatal stage, she can preempt and verse herself with the expected life changes to be equipped to deal with them post birth.

This prenatal wellness program is a holistic approach to making your pregnancy comfortable, informed, mindful – making a more empowered mom and baby.

  • Are the sessions one-to-one or in a group?

    Yes, all sessions will be one-to-one. You get individual sessions with Ms. Vidhi Beri. 

  • Are there any follow-ups or monitoring?

    Programmes come with weekly monitoring over WhatsApp through voice notes.

  • What is the session duration? How are they conducted?

    All sessions are 30 to 40 minutes long. You can choose to do your session either over a phone call, zoom session, WhatsApp video call, or opt for a clinic visit.

  • Do you offer any home visits?

    Home visits are done on request and have different charges. 

  • How are the sessions scheduled? Can we reschedule?

    Sessions are scheduled monthly through an appointment message with a designated day and time which can be rescheduled according to the client's convenience provided the time must be between the clinic hours.

  • Do you share resources or reading material?

    Resources are sent as per the sessions' requirements and agenda.

Her work encompasses the private and public sectors to attain her goal of engendering socio-economic change. Her programs include mind and body nutrition, depression management, maternity wellness, and lifestyle management strategies.
